Siegfried and Brünnhilde discover that they are the lost children of the Gods, the daughter and grandson of the King of Gods, Wotan. They move even farther apart from the word they do not relate to, one that is being torn apart by corruption and fear. Their resolve, courage, and love are tested when they come under attack by the arch-villain Hagen. They soon realize that it will take great insight and sacrifice to bring a conclusion to the broken, flawed world they are residing in. The circle completes as Brünnhilde, through self-immolation, initiates the end of an era and restores the balance that brings hope for renewal and a dawn of a new future.
