The story
In a quiet English village, young Matilda Wormwood stands out, not for trouble, but for her brilliance, quick wit, and love of books. CoupleVerified bookingJul 20265/5I already knew the story from the book and the film, but seeing Matilda on stage was a completely different experience. Every single performer was incredibly talented, and the energy they brought to the stage was remarkable. The choreography, live music, and set design all came together beautifully, making every scene feel magical. The show lasted around two and a half hours, yet I wasn’t bored for a single moment. The performances were so engaging that time flew by. The cast’s professionalism and passion were evident throughout, and the children in particular were absolutely outstanding. If you’re visiting London, this is a musical I would wholeheartedly recommend. It exceeded my expectations and reminded me why live theatre is such a special experience.JJennifer C

CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Lovely little venue with a good view. The cast of the show were great, Matilda herself was amazing. I was really impressed with her, for her age she's going to be a star! She already is, all the kids were brilliant in fact they all were. 5 stars from me.
