I booked the champagne experience for My Husbands 60th Birthday he loved it from start till finish, we had a pre drink in the VIP lounge and had fast track plus the group that was on there at the same time were really nice Thank you

The VIP champagne experience was first class. We took friends from Florida and they were beyond impressed. The air conditioned pods provided welcome respite from the summer heat. The views were spectacular and the champagne chilled to perfection - no long queues before we boarded either. The rep. Alex who accompanied us on the experience was so knowledgable. He pointed out all the sights and made the trip a real learning experience. Just excellent!

Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to use our purchased tickets for the London Eye because the London airport was closed due to issues. Because of these circumstances, free cancellation was no longer possible, but the operator still refunded the tickets as a gesture of goodwill! I would like to thank them sincerely for this gesture, we will make up for the visit very soon!

Arnie is the best guide and made us look like models 😍He is knowledgeable about different ethnicities and photography. The VIP experience is worthy any money we spent and 30 min went by very fast . I highly recommend

It was super easy to buy and when we got there we didn't have to wait in line. The tour lasts 30 minutes, so it is very quick, but it was worth the experience I had with my family. I recommend it.

Smooth entry, nice and cosy VIP lounge, friendly and helpful host. Just don't understand why you sell VIP experience from 10am, while The London Eye can't sell alcohol before 11:30? It doesn't make sense and may ruin someone's day Itinerary. We had to wait for an hour and come back by 11:15. Other than that all the rest was perfect.
