Take your seat in the Eye Lounge Bar on the third floor, where triple-height windows frame the London Eye's rotating capsules just 400 feet away. Your table offers clear views of Big Ben's clock face, Westminster Bridge's gothic arches, and river boats gliding beneath. The three-tiered service begins with classic finger sandwiches - Scottish smoked salmon with dill, cucumber with mint butter, coronation chicken, and egg mayonnaise with watercress. Warm truffled sausage rolls arrive separately, accompanied by your choice of 12 loose-leaf teas served in bone china pots with silver strainers.

Sweet treats with Thames views

As boats pass below and the London Eye turns, your second course presents freshly baked plain and golden raisin scones, still warm from the oven. They're served with Cornish clotted cream and Kent strawberry preserves.
