Last week

We arrived with VIP tickets, so we could choose our entry time, but we just walked in the same as everyone else, so that part didn't feel like VIP. The characters were amazing, they played their part to the Hilt. You can't have your picture taken with any of them though. At the end you get standard photos without paying because of the VIP package and a cocktail. Great fun to do, highly recommend. Karl.

I loved the experience. There’s no line to get in, which is great, and the wait time before the attraction starts is fun, with lots of interaction with the staff. I think it’s an interactive, educational, and fun way to learn more about English history. There’s always an introduction and information about what’s coming up. The jump scares are top-notch; I think one improvement would be to touch random people in the dark to heighten the fear factor. I was challenged right at the start of the game to walk down a dimly lit hallway alone, and I must say I overcame my fear and completed it successfully. The Ripper and the witch are phenomenal, with great jump scare moments. The barber has a sensory element that adds power to the experience. Finally, the free fall is the cherry on top.

We've been to several dungeons, but this one in London is definitely worth a visit. The price is well worth it, and you get a fantastic interactive show. The performers really bring it to life, and the sets are simply spectacular. Highly recommended

What to bring

Have your entry tickets and a valid ID ready for a smooth check-in.

What’s not allowed

Items such as sharp objects, large bags, cameras, video equipment, alcohol, and outside food or drinks are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited.

Photography is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Entry is restricted for children under 5 years for safety reasons.

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is allowed per hour.

Visitors who require assistance can book a free carer ticket along with their own.

Pregnant guests can enter, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable for them.
