We've been to several dungeons, but this one in London is definitely worth a visit. The price is well worth it, and you get a fantastic interactive show. The performers really bring it to life, and the sets are simply spectacular. Highly recommended

Very scary the special effects were good as were the actors. Audience participation was fun. Better than expected especially the witch scene very scary.

What to bring

Please ensure your entry tickets and a valid ID are ready for a smooth and seamless experience.

What’s not allowed

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not permitted.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.

Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket when purchasing their own ticket.

Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable for them.

Additional information

The recommended minimum age is 12 years; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Dungeons reserve the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to technical or operational reasons. No refunds or price reductions will be issued in such cases.
