Totul a fost foarte frumos, bine organizat, ne-am încadrat la fix în program și am vizitat ambele obiective într-o zi. Mi-au plăcut foarte mult explicațiile ghizilor și istoria locurilor . Recomand cu încredere!

A fost o seară placuta, cu atmosfera și muzica relaxanta, cu peisaje frumoase la apus. Au fost binevenite și scurtele prezentări făcute de echipaj. Recomand cu încredere!

The organization did not fully go according to the original plan — the day before the scheduled date, the organizer changed the departure time from 6:30 AM to 1:40 PM. However, it turned out that the new schedule suited us better, and fortunately we didn’t have any other commitments that day. Everything else went according to plan. The guides were professional, spoke clearly and understandably, and were ready to answer any questions. The visit to Auschwitz itself was, as expected, very emotional and stressful.

The mines are impressive and our tourguide was excellent! Although everything is well arranged, be prepared on being part of a (maybe too big) group that has some effect on the communication equipment (headsets) when you're at the end of the group. The mine really is worth a visit!

It was an overwhelming experience ..without too many meaningful words but rather to process on the lessons to be learned. the services of the Royal tour agent very good and professional, the guide wonderful and the information transmitted was good

Banksy museum was everything and beyond our expectations! It was touching and evocative. I have never been so long in a museum.

Wawel Castle and Cathedral guided tour with Kinga was a fantastic experience. She is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the history. Her explanations about the Polish dynasties, especially the kings who ruled from Wawel, really brought the past to life and made it much more meaningful. Throughout the tour, she asked us engaging questions related to the castle’s history, which made it even more interesting and interactive. Her English was very good, and she explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
