Her knowledge and insight into the history were exceptional, and she was able to answer every question the group had along the way. Joanna went above and beyond to engage with everyone, making sure the whole group felt involved. She brought the history to life in a very respectful and interesting way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Joanna as a guide.EEmily M
Couple予約確認済み2026年8月5/5Very informative. The English requested tour,the guide spoke very clear. I was in a wheelchair and the guide was so helpful and made sure I got to the lifts with help. Would highly recommend the tour and recommend to the disabled. Only one room I couldn't go in as it was full of gravel but the guide made sure I could still hear and understand. As a wheelchair user I can miss alot but I did not on this tour. Thank youGGrace H

The factory tour was very informative for the time period and gave you a great overview of what the people endured . The Ghetto walking tour was interesting tho not as much so- not a lot to see although the information was great! Glad we didn't try to go it on our own but booked a tour.IIordan A

Solo予約確認済み2 週間前5/5Tourguide was knowledgeable but the factoey has nothing about Schindler and his saving work or more about him. It was just pictures of the war. We watched the movie and were inspired by his work now to dins put this "factory" is nothing about that. If I would be a living damily member I would be hurt and insulted that thousands of people come To visit Schindler and they dont get what they payed for. This is history and besides one room called "office" norhing about this man who saved thousands. Maybe to reco sider the tour and name of this place. Very dissaapointed like all from my geoup and those we spoke to.
