Prima di tutto ho apprezzato la serietà della compagnia, un altro tour operator mi aveva annullato la visita dicendo che era chiuso per una commemorazione, cosa non vera. Quindi un grande grazie anche solo per averci permesso di entrare... Autista puntuale, simpatico e disponibile e mezzo molto pulito e confortevole. Il luogo è molto toccante e la guida ha saputo raccontare con gentilezza le cose spiacevoli che succedevano lì, molto importante per il mio gruppo perché viaggiavamo con bambine di 12 anni e molti dicevano che non era consigliabile. Ma Magdalena ha avuta la giusta delicatezza anche per loro. Consigliatissimo

La visita a Auschwitz- Birkenau è stata molto coinvolgente e toccante. La guida ha saputo rendere bene quale inferno dovessero sopportare i prigionieri.

It was a very chilled experience. We got to enjoy the sights with some music before the audio explained the history of the different landmarks we floated past. It gave great view of both sides of the river bank.

Excelente Guia, a excursão começou a horas. A descida faz-se bem, com tanta informação e beleza não se dá conta que estamos de baixo terra. A subida é feita por um elevador... aconselho calçado confortável.

Wawel Castle and Cathedral guided tour with Kinga was a fantastic experience. She is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the history. Her explanations about the Polish dynasties, especially the kings who ruled from Wawel, really brought the past to life and made it much more meaningful. Throughout the tour, she asked us engaging questions related to the castle’s history, which made it even more interesting and interactive. Her English was very good, and she explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
