What I didn't like was that there was hardly any talking on the first bus. There was much more information on the second bus.

Chose Greenline, as the Orange line was near to our hotel. Did not realise at the time that there were only 3x orange buses running with the first not being until 11:50 am. Had I known at the time, I would of used the metro, as it wasted some of our day. Luckily though an range bus did turn up that was for a group, and they had room to take us. HOHO bus was a useful way to get around Rome and see the sights, not easy to get a seat on the top deck due to numbers. Only other issue was when waiting for a bus, other people that arrived after us got on the bus before us and there were no spaces left by the time we got to the front; the HOHO rep at the bus stop did tell pople there was a queue.

The tour was nice, but some stops were not made, like Maxxi museum, it only stopped at Parco della musica, and they are not very close!!! And accessing the bus was a bit tricky, as although we had the reservation number made on screen ,the girl who greeted us at Terminal 1 ,Termini station could not connect to any online reservation and insisted that we had to have the qr-code. She then let us on anyway and we enjoyed the day, blue and green route!!!

It would have been very good information, but unfortunately it was difficult to understand because the noise of the bus engine was too strong. My suggestion would be to switch to electric buses - also for the sake of the environment.
