I appreciated being provided with a headset and map for the bus. What was annoying was that there was complimentary wifi and it didn't work in many of the buses. A lot of the buses the jack for the earphone was broken and if the bus was busy with no free seats you missed out on the commentary.

Very good, easy to find, plenty of friendly staff, a guided tour with an audio guide that was simple and effective—we have two children, ages 8 and 15, and all four of us enjoyed the bus tour. We recommend it.

As for the bus, it was perfect. Once the ticket is printed by the person on the platform, you can ride it all day long. As for the Colosseum, the website didn't list the correct entrance.

The covers on the top deck were good cover on the heat. Interesting commentary via the audio guide. Map came in handy to get to places of interest like Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

The drivers did a great job navigating the heavy traffic and still managed to move along at a fairly brisk pace. This allowed us to see a lot of the city. The audio guide was also very good and engaging. As a result, we learned a lot about the city and its history in a relatively short amount of time.

The route lets you see Rome's main monuments (and there are plenty of them!) in a comfortable and very convenient way. Plus, the bus ride covers you and protects you from the strong sun these days. It's a highly recommended tour, especially the 24-hour one. Congratulations!
