The staff were very friendly and helped me install the app I needed so I could scan the tickets. If you’re visiting London for the first time, I recommend the Hop-on Hop-off tour—it lets you see all the main sights.

A good experience, you get to see parts of the city you wouldn't otherwise on foot, the information in various languages, however, the buses weren't as regular as the other companies. We missed the Jack the Ripper tour because the signage was poor and the agents weren't very helpful in helping us find the start of the tour.

The best thing is that the route and stops are strategically chosen so that you can get to know London thoroughly... Keep in mind that you need to download the Top View app (or whichever one you choose) to be able to paste the QR codes you get from Hop On - Hop Off so that they work on the bus. Take your time to do this at your hotel with Wi-Fi so that you don't run into any problems. The staff at the stops will also help you to do this correctly. It's also important to note that there are several bus companies advertised on the Hop On - Hop Off website, but you can only use the one you chose when you made your purchase (Top View, TooT, Big Bus, etc.). Very convinient, best to get a view of the main sites. I'd say that the only thing that should be improved is adding the bus stops for every company on the app, I tried clicking on the links but ended up in a Zendesk login page. It took me a while to find the correct stop.

The staffs were friendly and informative. the buses were clean and were not over crowded. The only thing is the services end at 6pm so couldn't finish the trip .
