Topview: London Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour with Optional Thames Cruise

The routes were very comprehensive. The audio was interesting and informative. The staff and drivers very patient and helpful when I had trouble downloading my ticket.

The tour was amazing. You get to see London in no time and you can hop on and off wherever snd whenever you want to so see the sights up close. Brilliant. It was a problem that the Topview company couldn't validate our tickets. We needed help to download the Topview app and upload the tickets with the number of each tickets with the capital letters LDN in front of it. It would've been easier if we had that information in advance from headout.

The staff were very friendly and helped me install the app I needed so I could scan the tickets. If you’re visiting London for the first time, I recommend the Hop-on Hop-off tour—it lets you see all the main sights.

The best thing is that the route and stops are strategically chosen so that you can get to know London thoroughly... Keep in mind that you need to download the Top View app (or whichever one you choose) to be able to paste the QR codes you get from Hop On - Hop Off so that they work on the bus. Take your time to do this at your hotel with Wi-Fi so that you don't run into any problems. The staff at the stops will also help you to do this correctly. It's also important to note that there are several bus companies advertised on the Hop On - Hop Off website, but you can only use the one you chose when you made your purchase (Top View, TooT, Big Bus, etc.). Very convinient, best to get a view of the main sites. I'd say that the only thing that should be improved is adding the bus stops for every company on the app, I tried clicking on the links but ended up in a Zendesk login page. It took me a while to find the correct stop.
