BLANC DE BLANCS 2020: Elegant and pure, Blanc de Blancs is Gusbourne’s signature sparkling, with extended ageing for a minimum of 52 months. It’s elegant and complex, with hints of grated ginger, freshly baked croissants and toasted hazelnuts and that distinct, salty mineral note cutting through, leading to a long, zesty finish.
