It turned out to be 100% better than we expected—2-day pass—saw so much—lots of stops, and with the downloaded app, you know exactly when your bus is coming! We did the red, yellow, and blue lines (not the green one). Highly recommended! Milan is beautiful!

You could see all the sights, and you could get on or off at many stops—it was very well organized. Sometimes the headphones didn't work, or the commentary didn't start until after we had already passed the sight.

Four great tour options. Downside was that much of the tour narrative was out of timing sync with what you were viewing. Great way though to see the city on a hot day!

I bought the 48-hour pass and it was worth it—not only did I get to see the sights, but I also used it to get around the city! It’s more fun than the subway. On hot days, I recommend sitting on the lower level, since it has air conditioning. The staff are very polite and always kind.

What I liked best was that there were four tours. However, the tour schedules were shortened, so we had to wait longer. Also, some of the buses didn't arrive at the scheduled times because of heavy traffic.
