Check in at the Dubai city helipad
Arrive at the helipad 45–60 minutes before your chosen flight time. Staff check your ID, weigh passengers for seat allocation, and give a short safety briefing. You then wait in the lounge until your helicopter is called.
What to expect
Take off towards Palm Jumeirah
