CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Hampton Court Palace: Pure Royal Majesty A stunning, cinematic collision of two worlds: Henry VIII’s dramatic Tudor grandeur meets Sir Christopher Wren’s opulent Baroque elegance. The Highlights: The soaring Great Hall, the immersive Tudor Kitchens, and the world-famous garden maze. The Verdict: Breath-taking, theatrical, and absolutely historic. It isn't just a palace—it’s a time machine. An absolute triumph.NNicki C

SoloVerified bookingMay 20265/5We had a great visit to Hampton Court Palace. The first thing that attracted my attention was the maze. After about 15 minutes and a little help, we were able to get out of the maze. Then on to the palace. There were several people in period costumes with a lot of information which I found to be very interesting. The clock was also a favorite site. Great place. I can't wait to return.AAna R
CoupleVerified bookingMay 20265/5We traveled from London by train without any problems and had no trouble getting to the palace. We toured its rooms and gardens—it’s simply wonderful; you can really feel the history there. For me, it was a thrilling experience; I’d wanted to visit for a long time. I loved it. The gardens are wonderful. The staff were charming, friendly, and always willing to help.
Discover Hampton Court Palace
What awaits you is a spell-binding Tudor Palace, initially developed by Cardinal Wolsey and later by Henry VIII, positioned next to a Baroque Palace constructed during the reign of William III and Mary III. You’ll be visiting the King’s apartments in the role of one of his courtiers, donning a Tudor cloak and making your way to the enormous kitchens which was where banquets for over 1000 guests were prepared. A right turn past the wine cellar will get you to Chapel Royal, the former seat of the monarch and his companions (Royal Pew), and a still-active place of worship.
Explore the inner workings of a Tudor palace
You’ll also make your way to William III’s State Apartments comprising of the Guard Chamber, the Presence Chamber, the Privy Chamber, and the Great Bedchamber. Up next is 60 acres of beautiful gardens running all the way down to the Thames River. These gardens are home to the world’s oldest maze (spanning a third of an acre), three National Plant Collections (Heliotropium ‘Cherry Pie Plant’, Lantana 'American shrub verbena', Queen Mary II Exoticks), and the largest Grape Vine in the world. The Gardens feature dazzling fountains along with seasonal displays of thousands of blooming flower buds.
