A full interactive history of Hagia Sophia with great visuals and fantastic narration. The queue jump ticket resulted in me basically having the place and guide to myself, making it almost a private visit!!! To be honest, the term "museum" may be considered a little misleading, and, while there is an awesome collection of artifacts at the end of the interactive element, these are pretty much an added bonus after the main event. I highly recommend visiting, and would do so BEFORE going to Hagia Sophia as a lot of the components of the building make more sense.

The actual museum was fantastic. Staff very friendly. The historic perspective of as phenomenal with very entertaining narration and videos. The booking process itself through head out was a bit confusing and disorganized. The email I received stated to meet a guide at the museum entry. Nobody showed up. I had to communicate with the booking team to sort it out. Lastly, I booked for 2 adults and 2 children (age 4 and 2) and it turned out the museum is not for children under 8 years old. The museum staff was accommodating and allowed us in after they explained the presence of load noise and visual imagery that might be too much for children and we were ok with it. Overall good experience with some parts better than other.

You advertised as "skip the line" and this did not happen. We stood "inline" for over 30 minutes in the heat waiting with everybody else to get in to the museum. I am 70 years old and the weather was extremely hot and humid. I needed to frequently drink water as I felt very faint. I did not get what I paid for and was told that this was a "skip the line tour", which started at 3.15pm. I would never have booked this tour without "skip the line".
