Hi, I downloaded your app and had my tickets ready to be shown at the venue. Lovely lady advised that I needed the tickets that were sent to me on my email. I booked this months ago and delete the email as I had the tix on the up. lady helped me by making a call and my tix were sent to my WhatsApp. Then I realise what I purchased was only the experience. The wording of what I purchased sounded like I was purchasing Agia Sophia church and doing the museum experience as well as it says Skip the queue of Agia Sophia and....etc We had to then line up in a long queue when this was the whole reason I bought tix online. I also purchased Basilica Cistern tix where everything went well but then again for these I actually printed the tix and had with me. Just thought I'll mention this so you can re word for future customers
