The entire excursion was amazing. The palaces are beautiful, and I fulfilled my dream of visiting Regaleira, which fully met my expectations. We ended the day with Boca do Inferno at sunset, an incredible place! Cascais and its beautiful beach. The guides, Miguel and Derian, were excellent. All the information was very interesting, but most notable was their kindness and warmth. They made this experience unforgettable. The driver, Paulo, was highly skilled at navigating those narrow roads with expertise.

Everything was very efficient, both the Lisboa Card and the tickets purchased for the Pena Palace. We had to wait in lines, but they moved quite quickly anyway.

It was easy to get the physical card. Unfortunately we could not book Belem tower with our card. There were no Lisboa card tickets available for 72 hours and we had 48 hour pass. We bought directly from them since it was a must see for us. The metro was very easy to use with the card. Because we had the card, we saw places we would not have necessarily paid to see but when it's free... Lisbon cathedral was two euros discounted because of the card which was unexpected and nice. Sao Jorge we were able to skip a huge line because of the card.

The Lisboa card itself was easy to use. Unfortunately there were several included attractions that weren't open. The app was difficult to use and we could never find the map or list of attractions. The app definitely needs improvement.

Zip around Lisbon with unlimited access to free public transport and ride the Metro subway, hop on buses, and trams, and even take a ride on the enchanting lifts of Carris lines. You can also take the CP Train to the picturesque towns of Sintra, Cascais, and Azambuja.

Seamless activation

Exchange your digital voucher for a physical Lisboa card from any of the redemption points mentioned in your voucher.

To activate it, you need to write your name, the date, and the exact time of activation on the card.

Use the card for the first time either on public transport or at a participating museum or attraction.

Validity: Before activation, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.

Additional information

You can visit each attraction only once.

Bear in mind that national monuments and museums are closed on the following dates: January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 24 and 25, and on municipal holidays (June 13 in Lisbon and June 29 in Sintra).

All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.

Museums and national monuments are closed on Mondays.

Museums and monuments undergoing temporary renovation are clearly marked within the digital guidebook.

The Lisboa Card digital guide is an essential component of the product and must be downloaded by the cardholder to access all relevant information.

Customers can ONLY make ticket reservations for Belém Tower and the Jerónimos Monastery AFTER exchanging their voucher for the physical Lisboa Card.

Entry to Jerónimos Monastery is subject to capacity limits and managed according to the monument’s operational guidelines.
