Great guide, tour was efficient and I appreciated hearing the history as we went in to see the painting. Your really paying for the convenience of not having to stay on top of the official website for a 15 euro ticket. Was sold as a "small group" which was supposed to be 12 but was actually 25, you get a 15 minute window to see the last supper and all tickets are sold regardless of the tour size so you'll have 30 or 40 folks with you regardless but it's not crowded and you have plenty of time. Check in process needs help, a guy with a bike shows up with a sign with all the tour group names (all the famous websites all use the same person) he shows up 10 minutes before your start time and gives you a hearing device and your ticket. Then you wonder what is going on until the time you signed up for and your guide arthritis at that time and you find out everyone is on the same tour. From then on it's well done and still a great experience.

It's ridiculous to pay €165 for a ticket to be in a small group, only to have a large group come in at the same time—and with a guide whose voice is louder than ours. There were the nine of us, plus 30 others, all at the same time.
