Guided Tours in Venice

The location is spectacular, the gondolas are beautiful, and the atmosphere is amazing—but the gondolier was pretty rude. The service from the travel agency was excellent.

Yes, it was cheesy, but my parents were living for it. As first timers in Italy and Venice, they enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for helping my parents cross off a bucket list item - what a wonderful way to spend the morning in beautiful Venice.

Our tour guide Alissia, but fabulous. She was so knowledgeable, she was able to answer everyone's questions. And the stories that she told were so interesting. She definitely knows her history of Venice, and she was so good about keeping our whole group together. I am handicapped walking with a cane, and she was wonderful about making sure that I was kept up with the group that she found me a chair to sit in,. If it was available. She was very easy to understand her English was so good. We are so glad that we chose this tour to go on. It was beyond my expectations.

The guide Alessia spoke very clear English and what she told us was very interesting. It was easy to find the group at the beginning and we were informed in time of all the necessary changes. The basilica is unique and beautiful... you have to see it! The cathedral too... It contains many masterpieces by famous Venetian artists...

Our Murano, Burano & Torcello tour became one of the most special memories from our first wedding anniversary trip to Venice. In Murano, we discovered a small glass shop near Fondamenta Andrea Navagero run by an older master craftsman with his own factory inside - the kind of place you remember forever. The shelves were filled with hundreds of tiny handmade glass animals and figures, each with so much character and detail that it felt more like stepping into someone’s lifelong passion than a tourist shop. Burano was absolutely magical with its colourful houses reflecting on the canals, while Torcello brought a completely different atmosphere - quiet, historic and full of the feeling of old Venice. The whole day reminded us that the best travel memories often come from meeting people who dedicate their lives to preserving beauty and tradition.

I really liked how everything was so well organized—the schedule, the super comfortable transportation, and the three places we visited were all beautiful! There was plenty of free time to explore, and the glass factory was wonderful! Don Sandro is an expert! I highly recommend this tour!!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us just enough history not too overwhelming. She also gave us time to take the best photos. We enjoyed it very much!

Alilaguna staff were really helpful and informative. The tour itself was great, the glass blowing demonstration was spectacular. The 3 islands we visited were beautiful. Another time we would opt for a tour to stay a little longer on the islands. The only problem was that the Headout company gave us the wrong start time for the tour. We started from StLucia Railway Station and the tour started half an hour earlier so we missed our boat. Tha Alilaguna staff were great and rebooked everything. The other problem was locating the Alilaguna staff, again Headout gave poor directions. The tour staff are located inside the tourist information office, not near it. We wasted a lot of time looking for a separate office. However, the price of tour was excellent..really good value for money
