Visiting the Széchenyi Baths was amazing! The staff were very welcoming. The best part is having access to private changing rooms where you can leave your belongings and fully enjoy the setting without worrying about anything else. There are indoor and outdoor pools with water temperatures over 34°C There’s a pool for swimming laps and others just for relaxing with jets of varying intensities. We were lucky to have sunshine—it was fantastic. However, by late morning it was crowded, so I recommend going early. As for the tour of the Parliament, it was spectacular to see! It’s a must-see if you’re visiting Budapest.

The audio-guided tour of the Hungarian Parliament Building was essential for understanding the significance of this architectural masterpiece and its importance in Hungarian history. It is a beautiful building that houses statues of the kings and Queen Maria Theresa of Austria, as well as the Crown of Hungary. The visit to the Upper House was also very interesting. I recommend always booking in advance, as this is a very popular tour and you risk not being able to get in if you don’t plan ahead. IMPORTANT: Don’t miss the visit to the ’56 Memorial in the Parliament Square, so as not to forget history and to understand the present.

Three days before the visit to the Parliament, I was informed by email about the meeting point and the time scheduled. The hostesses were on time and explained what to do clearly. After collecting our documents, they picked up the tickets and handed them out in a short while. We spared time and avoided queues. Awesome organization!

I had a truly special, fun, and lively experience! The dome with the jewels and the crown was truly breathtaking during the changing of the guard! Booking was really easy and provided very detailed information about ticket pickup locations—I’ll definitely buy more tickets through them.

We absolutely loved this tour! From the very beginning, everything was well organized, and when we were welcomed, everything was clear. The tour itself was well-paced and well-structured, as were the audio guides. The palace is magnificent and makes you want to come back...

Very smooth entry process for us as non-EU nationals, with the assistant handling all the ticketing. Given the huge volume of visitors, the timed entry times worked very well, giving everyone in our entry group sufficient time to take in all the highlights of the building.

I really enjoyed the tour, and it’s definitely worth it. Just two negative points: 1) We had booked online, so we were supposed to meet two hostesses at the entrance who were supposed to check our IDs and hand us our tickets; these two people were extremely rude for no reason. They were absolutely unsuitable for dealing with the public. 2) To enter, you have to go through security checks like at an airport, which means removing belts, watches, and metal objects; none of us were prepared for this, there were no trays to place items on, so there was a lot of confusion, made worse by the fact that the security staff were rushing us because the tour was about to start. The organization needs improvement.

We arrived on time, half an hour before the start, but we still waited too long for the late guests; the group was too large, and checking in with the tickets also took a while. All in all, we lost an hour. It wasn’t clear where we were supposed to meet; we stood outside the entrance for 45 minutes. They kept saying: you have 15 minutes left, then 10 minutes of free time, then 5 minutes, and on and on... Just annoying and exhausting
