We spent over an hour exploring every enchanting corner and left totally refreshed. Highly recommend for all ages—pure floral magic!

The cloud forest was absolutely breathtaking and having tickets made the journey and experience seamless. Found the process very easy and having tickets on the app made it quick to pass through without having to queue for tickets.

The team was helpful with the vourcher we were directed and shuttle service helped to reduce the walking stress and manage timing as we reached garden around 4.15 and we had to finish all 3 by 7.30 for the light show

It was a smooth entry using the Headout. Nice experience, kids really enjoyed the Jurassic world experience, worth watching the cloud forest and flower dome. We went evening flowers were more beautiful.

I bought all my entrances (for my whole family) being in Mexico and the site was trustable, the app works very well, it organizes my activities (per date), and provides me an easy access to my tickets, avoiding to find out in the email or photos. Actually, I made some other experiences through Headout. About the Experience in the Gardens by the Bay was the best selection I did, I could enjoy all the attractions that worthwhile the ticket.

What to expect

Floral Fantasy

A themed conservatory combining floral artistry, whimsical landscapes, and creative design.

Four unique garden zones: Dance, Float, Waltz, and Drift — each with its own imaginative style.

Over 15,000 fresh flowers on rotation, displayed in innovative arrangements.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed at Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Pack wisely!

Re-entry is not permitted.

Accessibility

The venue is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Facilities: rentable lockers, free WiFi, ATM, bottle filling stations, free mobile charging stations, rentable audio headsets, nursing rooms, shuttle services, etc.

Garden Rhapsody: 7:45 pm, 8:45 pm & 9:35 pm daily

OCBC Skyway: 9 am–10 pm (last entry 9:30 pm)

Supertree Observatory: 9 am–5:30 pm & 6:30–10 pm (ticket needed after 6:30 pm)

Tulipmania 2026 (Flower Dome): Runs from 24 Apr to 17 May 2026, accessible during Flower Dome operating hours (9am to 9pm, last entry 8:30pm).
