Honestly, everything! The pasta was delicious and the sauce (puttanesca) was so flavorful. Highly recommend this class to anyone coming to Rome and wanting to learn more about Roman cuisine.

This was a wonderful experience. The tasting with Nina was not only a culinary delight, but also a very educational experience, as she taught us about the history of Prosecco, Balsamic Vinegar, and Truffle. How they are made, stored and rated! Thank you Nina for a FABULOUS time!!
Patrick was an excellent instructor in teaching us the art of making Pasta! His humor and passion took 16 people from Australia, Ireland, USA, Portugal, and created an environment that made us a little family!

This cooking class was a highlight of my Rome trip! Our first host Liese was phenomenal! She educated us as we got to try some Italian staples and she was so funny. Making the tiramisu and pasta from scratch was a blast and everything was provided. The best part was the amazing friends I made from all around the world! Definitely recommend this cooking class! Especially if you want to make new friends, eat good food, and have wonderful memories!

I’m gluten free and usually have to miss out on food tours but this one was SO thoughtful. Our guide Giulia made sure I had subs at every stop and even got me a different dessert so I didn’t feel left out. Went with my partner and we both left full and happy. 100% recommend if you have diet needs.

My family of four (kids 10 + 12) joined the tour and everyone had a good time. My son is kinda picky but ate everything, so that’s saying something. Guide was friendly and had little stories at each stop. Only thing: bring water, it’s lots of walking.

Didn’t expect to enjoy a cooking class this much but honestly, it was EPIC. The chef was super chill, played old Italian songs while we cooked, and made sure everyone got hands-on. I now know how to do pasta from scratch (gonna show off at my next dinner party). The pistachio gelato…wow. Would do it again!

My wife and I tried this on our last night in Rome. What a night! The chef, Luca, was so funny and helpful. We made egg pasta and a rich tomato sauce, then learned how to whip up gelato from scratch. Eating together at the end was a nice touch. Felt like a real Italian family meal.

Nice experience, chef was very friendly. Only downside – kitchen was a bit crowded. Pasta and tiramisu were both delicious.
