The course advances with Teppanyaki featuring seasonal vegetables which lends a delightful balance between land and sea. And, for the highlight of the evening, dig into 100g of Kuroge Wagyu sirloin or 80g fillet—culinary treasures from the Kumamoto Prefecture, renowned for producing some of the best beef in the world.
