What a hassle. I had to go to the ticket office to pick up the paper tickets I’d downloaded online for the Doge’s Palace. Absurd! The online tickets should have been enough. Plus, at the Doge’s Palace, to get the audio guide, you have to download an app and scan the QR code, but the internet connection wasn’t working. Terrible experience.

Headout was great for getting our tickets but Doges Palace at the price of 100 euros for a family was a bit too much. I would have rather spent that money on something else.

I was skeptical at first because tickets weren't sent via email—only the voucher in the app. But I was able to exchange it for a paper ticket at the ticket counter without any trouble. From then on, everything went perfectly and without a hitch.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. The guide spoke very clear, easy-to-understand English and her voice was always audible, even in crowded areas. She was extremely knowledgeable about Venetian history and shared many interesting stories and details that we would never have learned on our own. What made the tour especially enjoyable was how engaging she was. She asked questions throughout the tour, which made it interactive and fun rather than just listening to a lecture. Her passion and pride for Venetian history really came through and made the experience much more meaningful. Overall, this was an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand the history and culture of Venice.

The tour is very well signposted and the audio guide is extremely comprehensive; I really enjoyed the visit, especially because it was my first time visiting a “seat of power” that wasn’t designed as a palace—which, however fascinating they may be, like Versailles or the Quirinale Palace, are too focused on the cult of personality; moreover, learning how the Venetian Republic had organized the administration of justice with its various levels was truly enlightening

We managed to get last minute tickets thrrough Headout as our usual route for booking kept saying fully booked. It was fairly easy to get the vouchers when we arrived at the Doge's Palace and the visit did not dissapoint. So much opulence and history of how venice was run. Wall to wall gold and art history, the Venitians way of telling the story of Venice. We are lucky enough to photograph everything we see in this day and age. An amazing experience.

The tour was supposed to start at 12:00 noon. We arrived at 11:30 to check in and had to wait until 12:10 for other late arrivals to start walking to the Doge's palace. Once we arrived, we had to wait for the guide that arrived at 12:30 along with a group of people. As it turned out, we were being added to another group that has been in process. The guide moved very fast and we felt very rushed. As the end we finished the tour at 1:20 pm which meant we only had a tour for 50 minutes and not the 1.5 hours as advertised!!! Very disappointing!! We should get a refund on this tour!!

A super attraction and amazing art, however this booking is not an advance ticket which allows access via the pre booked entrance, you have to queue in the ticket line to redeem the voucher at the till

Had a tour of St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace booked but ended up with Doge's Palace and a 15 minute tour of a Glass Factory ( which was essentially a shop) very disappointed

For the other museums (Marciana Library, Archeological Museum, Correr Museum), the pass is valid for 3 days from the date of your Doge’s Palace visit.

All three museums must be visited on the same day since they are part of the same building and have a single entrance.
