HEAOUT easy and offers many hours so no problem of finding queues and too many people Empire is the most beautiful thrill in New York..by day but especially in the evening.. the staff even lends itself to taking your pictures.... it's real magic!!!

First of all, everything is so very organized. All of the "ushers" were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt welcome and could've stayed all day. What an amazing experience. I loved the room with the sounds of the construction going on and the movie clips. And then the view from the top!!! I was only in NYC for one night. The Empire State Building was the perfect tour to get the whole picture. Thank you for a well ran, comfortable place to visit.

We were staying just 5 minutes walking time from our Hotel. We arrived earlier than our allotted time. Killed the extra time checking out souvenir shops in and around the area. We were let in a few minutes before our time slot. Everyone working there was friendly. We had a great time!

We expected a guide during our visit to give a history of the building and other information relating to it. We had no tour guide, so we just read some of the information that was on display. I think a guide and one that answerd any queries as best as they could would have made our visit more enjoyable.
