The tour was very nice, and the staff was polite. Entering the pitch was very exciting. There were even 2 eagles behind the goal. You can stop and take photos and videos. The photo booklet was a bit expensive at 40 euros. The visit is definitely worth it. The complimentary scarf was a nice touch.

We chose the behind-the-scenes tour. I went with my 16-year-old son, who’s a huge soccer fan. I highly recommend this experience. The facilities are incredible, and the staff who guided us during the tour were top-notch! You get to tour all the facilities, including the locker rooms, the press area, and even step out onto the field. There’s a virtual reality area, and you can head to the store to do some shopping. We went in July around 4:00 p.m. and were practically the only ones there. Everything was perfect.

What a great experience! We loved the tour of Benfica’s stadium—it was very interesting and well-organized. We also got to see Benfica’s famous eagles 🦅, which really made the tour even more special. Enjoyed the tour, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and we was given plenty of time to look around and take pictures, was unfortunate Benfica had a game the next day so we were unable to look around the home changing room and I think the entry system could be easier, we had to queue in the heat for a long time even though we had pre booked tickets.

Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Accessibility

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Additional information

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.
