GroupVerified booking3 days ago5/5I was a bit skeptical as I have never heard of this company, but everything was actually easy and great! We met up right outside the dome, he explained a few things and gave us our tickets, which were the "Brunillesci pass". Besides the dome climbe, we also had access to the church, baptistery, museum, bell-tower AND the held our luggage on our last day (next to museum)!!! Great deal & value! Will def book with Headout again!VVolker B
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5Good meeting spot. Everything went smoothly at the entrance. As is well known, there are a lot of stairs. Some are very steep, but that’s part of what makes it interesting. Unfortunately, inside the dome, we were only allowed to walk quickly past the frescoes. The staff kept urging us to hurry, so make sure you have your camera ready—you’ll only be able to take quick snapshots. The view from the top of the dome is spectacular. It was well worth it.IIratxe C
FamilyVerified booking6 days ago5/5Everything was very well organized, and the person in charge explained everything perfectly. We even arrived a little late, but she arranged things so that while some of us listened to the instructions, others could drop off our backpacks at the coat check. Great!HHoma P
SoloVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The guide was very professional and took care to make sure we knew all the important points. Tip: make sure you download the audio guide when you have wifi, and note it is generally about the cathedral exterior not interior.AAdrian M
