The booking for the mentioned combi ticket was confirmed to me by email on 17.09. This confirmation was revoked by an email on 26.09. We were asked to switch to the afternoon, but that was already booked up by the visits for the other two appointments on the combi ticket. In the end, the visit to the Uffizi was confirmed after all. Despite arriving very punctually at the meeting point (Neptune at Piazza della Signoria), no one in a Vox City uniform was in sight. A representative from Akkord tried to help us with a futile attempt to reach the Vox representative by phone. A huge disappointment and a big waste of time. We did attend the other two events. However, detective skills were required here as well to find the company Slow Tour due to two different house numbering systems. Inform your guests better. It frayed a lot of our nerves. The David and the Cathedral Dome could only partially make up for it. We request that you transfer the ticket refund to our account, which you surely have on file, without us having to send reminders. With kind regards nevertheless, Wolfgang Mehle

The ticket grants fast-track entry (with a maximum 15-minute wait) to the dome—offering a fantastic view of the city and, above all, a chance to view the painting inside—as well as quick, hassle-free access to other monuments. While the ticket can officially be purchased for half the price at the official sales point, doing so requires planning weeks in advance. For us, this was the only way to see what we wanted without wasting hours standing in line.

Debra was great, the communication was great, very knowledgeable and enjoyable The baptistery was interesting with lots of history. The museum was the same. How they learn all this is fantastic. The climb was amazing at the top, so very beautiful. Would definitely recommend. I did miss the bell tower but the vier over to it was great as well

Beautiful—but that climb is no joke! Climbing Brunelleschi’s Dome was an incredible experience and definitely something we’ll never forget. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking, and being inside the dome and seeing the incredible artwork up close is amazing. Would I recommend doing it once? Absolutely!

Anastasia our guide was very helpful , instructive and passionate about the information she gave us on the guided part of the talk. She also showed us where to access the other parts of the unguided tour. She was great. The views from the top of the Dome are beautiful and well worth all the steps. The church and baptistry were also amazing. The only reason I never gave 5 stars is because the whole tour is not explained properly on head out. They take you around the outside of the dome , inside the baptistry and the museum . You are then led to the Dome tower queue. From there you are on your own to use priority entrance for the church and crypt and the normal entrance to the bell tower. The building is amazing and definitely worth seeing.
