FamilyVerified bookingLast week4/5Firstly, the visit was very well organised so no stress, all meet-up descriptions etc were clear and worked as described. The highlight by far is the walk up the dome which you have to do in the allotted time, with three days to do the rest. The dome is much higher than it looks from the ground and as such there is a significant climb to do in quite tight areas, but if you are able to do it, the views are spectacular. I'm also a bit of a geek so I really enjoyed the detail on how this magnificent beast of a building was constructed, really impressive. Would I recommend this, yes with conditions as whilst it's definitely worth doing but I don't think it represents good value for money. Almost £250 for my family (2 adults and 3 children) is excessive. I understand a level of markup against tickets direct from the venue (which you need to book miles out, presumably because all the resellers get in first) but the level of markup felt excessive in my opinion.PPhilippe-olivier G
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The meeting point with the staff member was easy to find. The staff member gave us our printed tickets and provided clear instructions. We were able to visit the dome, the crypt, the baptistery, the bell tower, and the museum. We were able to do so at our own pace, taking breaks between each stop. There was also a luggage storage service for backpacks, which was included. We used the audio guide, and it was great. With three teenagers, it wasn’t too long or too boring. The commentary during the guided tour was relevant and interesting, allowing us to learn more about what we were seeing. I highly recommend it. The only minor downside was that we would have liked to have been better informed about the dress code required to enter the cathedral (shoulders covered, shorts and skirts at knee length).GGalina I
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The ticket process was very convenient. Everything was clear and easy to understand. The customer service worked great—I received thorough answers to all my questions. We really enjoyed the tours. If you’re planning to stay in Florence for 2–3 days, these tours are very convenient and a great value. We’ll have enough memories to last until our next trip. I recommend using Headout. I’ll only book tours through this company from now on.DDulce M
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Truly unexpected and spectacular. The climb is an experience in itself, and reaching those views and that splendor is wonderful. Highly recommended.NNele W
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Smooth cancellation. To be honest, I can’t really write anything about this experience itself, because I canceled out of fear that I might get sick from climbing the stairs in extremely high temperatures. Since the heat didn’t become apparent until we were already in Florence, I canceled late, but still within the cancellation period. My cancellation was accepted immediately, and I received a prompt refund. Kudos for that! I’ve had difficulties with other providers.
