Nothing!! We were confirmed to climb the Brunelleschi's Dome but received an email cancelling our climb and offering us a private climb of the Giotto's Bell Tower instead. It was offered as a private tour but another couple joined us who had the exact same issue that we did. We did the climb and were informed to follow up with Headout to get a refund. Our tour cost was less than climbing the Duomo. I received an email from Ahmed Moawad of Italypass the day before our climb cancelling it 'because of unforeseen logistical contraints (??). I am completely confused why I would get an email from Italypass when I had booked the tour with Headout! The site where we were to meet our guide (the Lindt shop) was a mess of no-one knowing what was happening or who was going where! I would never book through Headout again for any tours anywhere!!Andrew
