We visited the Burj Khalifa observation deck in January 2026. I bought tickets through Headout. The website is well-designed and easy to use. There is an interesting selection of tours. After each ticket purchase, I received an additional discount on my next purchase. This is appealing. The visit to Burj Khalifa itself was wonderful. The staff are very helpful to visitors and keep the queues organized. Be prepared for queues, as they are unavoidable. There are many people who want to go up to the 124th and 125th floors. The views from the top are beautiful. It is immediately apparent that the city is growing rapidly, and what I saw now will be a completely different picture in a couple of years. Therefore, it cannot be said that once you have been there, this attraction will become irrelevant on your next visits to Dubai. It will always be interesting and beautiful here!

Crocodile park was incredible. Easy to navigate, beautifully designed and executed. There is a large outdoor part where you can see crocodiles then there is an indoor museum on crocodiles, their history and how they compare to other animals. There is also an indoor aquarium where you can see the young crocodiles underwater with fish. There is also set feeding times and petting times for baby crocodiles. We arrived and it was petting time. Great place to take children and adults alike would enjoy. Tickets were purchased beforehand on headcount and there were no lines except a bit while waiting to pet the baby crocodiles. However you're overlooking the lagoon where crocodiles are chilling and sleeping. Highly recommend, overall we spent 2 hours there with a 7 and 6 year old.

Very important for families to read this 👇 Honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. The Crocodile Park is very clean, well-organized, and enjoyable to explore. There’s so much to see: crocodiles, alligators, dinosaur exhibits, and small bits of history that make the visit interesting for both kids and adults. You can easily spend more than two hours there without getting bored. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is a big plus—clean, relaxed, and the food is excellent. It didn’t feel very special to me. At the end of the day, you’re inside a very tall building looking at the city from above. I booked the sunrise slot for Floors 124 and 125, but it didn’t feel any different or extraordinary. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. They do provide a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, or a carbonated soft drink) along with a donut. The coffee and donut were actually very good. The entry is through Dubai Mall. The sunrise slot starts at 5:00 AM, but the actual sunrise was closer to 7:00 AM. At 5:00 AM, the crowd is very low, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city lights at night. As the day begins, the crowd increases significantly. If you’re going for sunrise, you need to go early and secure a good spot. Otherwise, it becomes very crowded, and you may not even get a clear view through the glass — especially at the popular viewpoints. Avoid the extreme north and south ends; the middle section offers a better sunrise view. You can also watch from the stairs leading to Floor 125. In my opinion, the view from Floor 124 is better than Floor 125.

We had a terrible experience getting to the top of Burj Khalifa. Our time was 5:30 on the ticket and we reached 15mins early but there was a very long queue to even get to the desk, then another big queue from there to get to the lifts . It took us almost 3 hours to get to floor 124 and 125. Then there was a big queue to get to the lifts to get back down, which again took an hour. We were literally tired and thirsty standing in the queue. There was no one to help . Due to the delay all our booked evening plans got cancelled as well. Really poor experience .
