Main Experience Entrance (North Entrance, Level 2)

Located on Level 2 of Dubai Festival City Mall, the Main Experience Entrance is right by the North Entrance, near Hard Rock Cafe and Marks & Spencer. This is the only public entrance for all ticket holders. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with elevators and ramps connecting from the North Parking (B1/B2) and mall ground level. Look for clear signage as you approach from the parking or mall interior. Staff are available to assist with directions and entry scanning.
