Budapest Danube River Candlelit Dinner Cruise with Live Music

Everything was very enjoyable. The warm welcome, great table on the top deck, lovely hostess staff, every dish was delicious and the wine was a reasonable price. The views of the early evening Buda and Pest with iconic landmarks moved into a fairyland - like bonanza of the lit up riverside and city buildings. Would definitely recommend the Premium dinner choice.

A highly recommended experience for enjoying Budapest from a different perspective. The sunset cruise on the Danube offers spectacular views of the city all lit up, creating a truly special and romantic atmosphere. The candlelit dinner was very well organized, and the live music added an elegant and pleasant touch throughout the cruise. Although the price is a bit high, the quality of the experience, the setting, and the entertainment make it well worth it. The meal consisted of four delicious courses that made the evening a memorable dining experience. The main course was generous and exquisite. To top it off, the dessert provided the perfect finishing touch with a sweet and elegant note. They also had the thoughtful gesture of placing a candle on my partner’s plate since it was their birthday. The service was exceptionally attentive, allowing us to enjoy dinner in a relaxed and satisfying atmosphere. Without a doubt, this is an ideal activity for a special occasion or to take home an unforgettable memory of Budapest.

We had the most amazing best time and would thoroughly absolutely recommend to anybody. It is worth every penny. Communication with Headout was prefect, the welcome onboard was welcoming and smooth, with a large glass of prosecco waiting for us. There is a choice of four courses, and given the tight squeeze for the kitchen, the food was great (probably prepared off-site, and finished onboard). The music was just right, two guys, a singer and keyboard player, they really helped to fill the atmosphere. The river at night is stunning, seeing everything lit up gave us another experience of Budapest. We would 100% recommend this trip, and also recommend it through Headout. Thank you.

We went on the river cruise for our first experience in Budapest. It was quite lovely. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. I liked that we got to see the buildings in day light and when they were lit up. We also throughly enjoyed the live music. I highly recommend this if you are in Budapest.

The service was perfect from start to finish: the staff were very warm, friendly, and attentive. The dinner was delicious, refined, and a real pleasure to savor throughout the cruise. And what can I say about the views… Budapest lit up at night is simply breathtaking. The monuments reveal themselves from different angles throughout the 2.5-hour cruise, allowing every passenger to fully enjoy them, both on the way out and on the way back. I also particularly appreciated the table layout, with tables spaced far enough apart to ensure true privacy and allow us to fully enjoy the moment in a calm and elegant atmosphere. Special mention also goes to the live singer, who greatly contributed to the magical and refined atmosphere of the evening 🎶 An experience we recommend without hesitation!

A beautiful and memorable experience—from the views to the food, the music, and the staff. I treated my husband to dinner for his birthday, and when dessert was served, they played “Happy Birthday” and brought out the dessert with a single candle, just as I had requested, at no extra charge. Plus, regarding my food intolerances, all I had to do was mention it when I made the reservation. We were pleasantly impressed.
