Visited for tea with my wife. It was a very memorable experience. The food was excellent! Hats off to the chef for preparing such wonderful food and pastries for tea time. The only issue we had was finding out how to get to the 122nd floor. We met 2 other couples that were also having issues finding where to go. Better directions on the reservation would have been helpful.

Great view, amazing food, superb service. We really enjoyed it. No staying in line - selection of Wagyu, Caviar, King Salmon etc. They even gave us each 2 glasses of white wine for free. We were accompanied with security to our restaurant. Unforgettable.

We didn't get a table by the window! Throughout our entire stay, a beautifully set table by the window was available, but despite asking, we weren't given it! Our table wasn't half as nicely set as the window table! With the package deal, you're treated like a second-class guest in the restaurant.
