The Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminal 2 was a great experience. The shower facilities were excellent, the ambience was relaxing, and the food was really good. Headout offered competitive pricing, and the booking process was quick and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Excellent service. Staff coordinates with airport facilities to shuttle guests between different terminals then straight to the lounge. Reasonable price includes warm, cooked food, salads and choice of drinks. Option to stay in room with showers.

The receptionist was very friendly and dealt with all my questions efficiently and effectively. She was able to make recommendations that made my stay that much better. The food was very good and the nap pod was amazing! Very clean and comfortable beds. The shower facilites reminded me of a spa! Again, very clean and they had the necessary basic toilettries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). They even provide a toothbrush and toothpaste! I have raved about my stay to my friends and if I ever find myself in Singapore again, I would not hesitate to book there again.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
