Terminal 3: Ambassador Transit Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport

We were treated by lovely staff at the reception counter and after a long flight it was great to be able to easily gain access into the lounge. The food was fresh and plentiful with several hot and cold options. Booking a shower was wonderful and highly recommended.

Coming off a 11 hour flight from NZ was the perfect lounge to get refreshed for our further travels to the uk! The food was very good and all the facilities were clean. I highly recommend and would go back again!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge during our layover. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and ensuring that our family felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The food selection was excellent, with a good variety of hot meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages that everyone in our family enjoyed. The comfortable seating areas gave us plenty of space to relax together, while the fast Wi-Fi and convenient charging stations were very useful. The shower facilities were spotless, modern, and refreshing, which was especially appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, the Ambassador Transit Lounge exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, relaxing environment, and excellent amenities. It made our family layover much more pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 and will definitely choose it again on our future trips

Booking tickets was really easy to use. My daughter who wasn't travelling with us booked it by the time we arrived in the airport and received tickets within just two minutes. No fuss with booking and the lounge at Ambassador transit was comfy. Food was plenty and really had time to relax before our long flight to the UK. I highly recommend to travellers especially with long hauls flights/transfers. The staffs are also very attentive to the guests. Thank you for this experience

My experience of the lounge in Singapore was swift fast. They got me through the front front desk with ease. The showers and refreshment areas were always were kept tidy. I was there during peak times and it was well maintained the food was hot plenty of variety well topped up and the drinks were much appreciated

It was a smooth check in. There was adequate sitting and dining space. There was a decent breakfast spread. The quality of the food was good. The internet worked smoothly. The toilets were clean. It was a pleasant and relaxing 3 hours.
