The Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminal 2 was a great experience. The shower facilities were excellent, the ambience was relaxing, and the food was really good. Headout offered competitive pricing, and the booking process was quick and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Peaceful, all pre flight requirements at my fingertips such as co.fortable seating, privacy pods, charging points at each seat. Fine choice of hot and cold buffets. Selection of hot, soft, alcoholic beverages. Su died lighting ambient music. Showers and toilet facilities available.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
