The site itself is exceptional. But the explanations for collecting the tickets are less so. Next time, tell us that tickets can be collected directly from the ticket office.

The venue's restrooms had no soap for washing hands. That's gross. There are street names on the maps provided, but no street names on the streets. Had a hard time navigating. P

Memorable memories, and a great way to share them as a family. Our son plans to do his next presentation at school. The preservation of the site is top-notch, and the audioguides, also tested by my 7-year-old daughter who knew how to use them perfectly, made her visit very interesting. Beautiful view from the towers. It's a pity there aren't more fast-food outlets for water and sandwiches, as the tour is long. There wasn't just one outlet and we didn't want to wait more than 1 hour. So we skipped lunch. It's a pity it's not possible to reserve parking in advance (like for Vesuvius), which would avoid the €30 scams.

Arrangements work very smoothly. Pompei awesome. Make sure you take water with you as it's a bit site and when we were there only one cafe was open.
