Pompeii Tickets + Campania Express Naples to/from Pompeii

Pompei is a site not to be missed on a visit to Pompei. However, for my part, we had booked the audio guides but we had to enter via the porta marina as we were on the amphitheatre side, so we went as far as the porta marina for the audio guides. Having entered the site at 4pm in order to do as many things as possible, I preferred not to take them, otherwise we'd have to do the whole site in reverse to return the audio guide where we'd taken it. Otherwise, it's very well indicated.

Pompeii was fascinating A map with the tour would of been better Ticket experience was not so good, you don't get tickets with email but you have to download the app to get tickets. This was an issue for me as I was on a ship with no internet so made it quite stressful and even when I managed to do that, when we got there we had to exchange the tickets for more tickets to get through the barrier Not great Would of been easier with barcode or QR code on email that could be used to get in And no printing it out didn't work because I tried that it just said to download app

it's obviously an exceptional site, I spent a whole day there, 7 hours of complete visit. the ticketing system, however, is not optimal: I bought the ticket online, on site to show it I had to download the app, then go to the ticket office to collect my ticket, the audioguide was not included (8€ on site) and on the website the options were not very clear, so I had to buy an extra ticket (again +8€) to visit the casa dei misteri.

The audio guide was worth renting as it had a lot of information on it, as well as a map which showed which section you were in. I was disappointed to have to queue to collect the tickets along with people who were buying tickets on the day. I thought the point of buying them in advance was to avoid queueing...there was no separate queue so I went up to ask before joining the long regular queue only to be told I needed to just join that line to then get my tickets by handing my phone to the person working there who keyed in the code and issued me with a paper ticket... could a QR code or something not be issued on the phone when you buy them online??

Perfect service and unique experience!!! Pompeii really mevigliosa and the sopsesa atmosphere in every corner is really unique. To be repeated with headout!

I had to queue again to change my voucher against a real ticket. Why not deliver a true entrance ticket through the portal ?

La visite et l'utilisation de l'audio guide: bien, mais cela ne m'a servi à rien de réserver puisque j'ai du faire la queue pour les billets d'entrée, puis pour récupérer les audio guides.

We really enjoyed the site. The work involved to recover the city was amazing. In some ways we could relate to Pompeii of the past. We were very fortunate to have exceptional weather.

large crowds and times dont matter on the ticket, the queues to hrt in were ridiculous regardless of what time was on your ticket

depois das dúvidas iniciais a validação do ingresso foi rápida. observo apenas que poderia, já na compra online, ser gerado QR pode ou código de barras para ingresso imediato nas ruinas.

L'audio guide est nécessaire pour mieux comprendre la vie de ce peuple mais il faut le plan aussi pour ce guider dans cette ville immense

The voucher was easy to transfer at the ticket office. End of February was an excellent time to visit as we had a lovely sunny day but hardly any other people visiting Pompeii.

Die Ausgrabungen an sich, super Information mittels Audio Guide. Überall freundliches Und hilfsbereites Personal. Anzahl der Toiletten etwas wenig oder bessere Ausschilderung. Wir waren dann nach sechs Stunden aber auch sehr geschafft.

Déçue par l'expérience AudioGuide : je trouve les commentaires vieillots, trop académiques et professorales, cela manque de vivant, d'anecdotes, de simplicité. Et celui-ci n'était pas adapté aux différents sites fermés lorsque nous y étions. (L'accès à différents sites en "maintenance" ) Sinon Pompéi reste magique.

Facilité de la réservation . Pour Herculanum nous avons reçu les tickets en PDF malheureusement pour ceux de Pompei nous avons du nous présenter à une entrée assez éloignée de la gare alors qu il y avait une entrée plus proche. Dommage que l on n ai pas reçu par PDF les entrées pour Pompei aussi

Everything went as expected. The queue wasn't too long to pick up tickets, so it was good. There only one disappointment: Villa del Mysterio is one of the most interesting places in all Pompeii, and I had to pay extra 8 euros to see it as it is not included in this ticket. The audioguide is basic, I recommend it, although sometimes is difficult to follow and the places describe doesn't exactly match the description in many instances.

Pas de mauvaises surprises. Ce qui était prévu depuis chez nous à été accompli une fois sur le terrain. Par contre, une amélioration pourrait être de créer un combo ticket d'entrée + parking.

5std war zu wenig alles anzusehen und anhören. Sonnst ist alles sehr gut beschrieben ....mann wird versetzt in andere Zeit😊

Headout saved our experience at Pompeii! We learned that we had no tickets with our tour from our cruise the day before and were able to get tickets online through Headout. Avoided the huge line and walked right in.

Gli scavi di Pompei sono bellissimi..l'acquisto dei biglietti attraverso headout, alla fine non m hanno convinto. potrebbe essere un'ottima soluzione se oltre a pagarli poi t fornissero anche dei biglietti elettronici da scannerizzare all'arrivo dei tornelli, altrimenti non ha senso fare i biglietti on line se poi devo fare la fila x avere quelli cartacei..
