Good organization for picking up the card at the airport. Very convenient for public transport, with a top-notch network. Access to the 28 tramway is a little difficult, but it's better to take it on the way rather than at the terminus, as recommended, because it takes over an hour to get on, even though the stops are marked along the way. The only drawback is that entrance fees are included, as it's hard to know where to go depending on the location. In fact, at the Belém monastery, we were refused entry despite having a valid card.

it made my trip memorable and i got to use the public transportation which was very safe and clean....especially the metro....i swear you could eat off the floor......even the rails areas were spotless...not a bit of trash anywhere.....makes our underground networks in america look like dumps.....the card saved me nearly 100 dollars in transfers from and to the airport....loved it

Very useful to have travel and have entry to key historical sites taken care of in one card. It was very easy to collect and use. We used it to get into the castle, Jeronimos monastery and then on the tram, metro and train from Cascais. We would have done the Belém tower as well but it was closed for maintenance.

Includes lot of most famous sights and museums to suit every taste! Although a walkable city, the distance between areas can take precious time out of your break and the transport included is very useful . Train to Sintra is included in the ticket but not bus once you are there so need to pay public transport/tour bus/taxi or tuc tuc. Check what days things are closed as museums closed on Mondays and churches/monasteries possibly closed some days? Gives you discounts on other sights not included. Once there you can pick up small leaflet from information office that gives you a very comprehensive list of all sights and what is included for free, discounted sights and closeness that fits in your pocket! Several included sights give you fantastic views of city - Rua agusta arch, st. Jorges castle (go up through the streets of Alfama and use the outside esculator and take in views!) also you can go to top of the monument of the discoveries! Take opportunity to look into some of the museums included that you may not necessarily have gone in had you had to pay individually and you Will no doubt be rewarded with a great experience. Treasury museum and carriage museum two examples! Great value for money and gives you extra experiences you may not have considered to dip into as you pass by.

The transport aspects were great, but 3 of the major attractions were closed and the change to access at the Monastery of Jerónimos meant we queued unnecessarily for 2 hours in hot sun, but if we'd known we could have got timed tickets from the ticket office.

    - The entry to the chateau st georges in LISBON was fast thanks to this card. On the other hand . It was specified that there was a 10% discount for admission to the SINTRA palace. Seeing the reduced senior rates, we didn't get the 10%, which isn't normal.
