It was extremely difficult to get the ticket because there were apparently incorrect announcements about where to pick it up. A 40-minute walk, a missed time slot at the Colosseum—really a bummer. Why can’t you get the ticket online? Then I had to make several in-person visits to two offices; the staff were super friendly and super helpful. I would never book this ticket again—it’s too unclear what’s included, too expensive, and too old-fashioned.

It was very inconvenient to have to go and pick up the physical card. What's more, we arrived in Rome at 5:00 p.m. and the office was closed.
