Abbey, our guide, was excellent. Streets were obviously very busy, so progress was a bit slow in parts. Not sure if this was the reason, but our tour ended up on a shorter route, not actually crossing the Thames and back, as was on the map route.

We had an excellent time. Our guide Samuel was very witty and informative. One glitch, we wanted to be picked up at the London Eye but gave us directions to another pick up Location. Everyone was kind enough to let us on at the different stop. Would recommend this tour to others.

Crew member 'Mike' certainly provided entertainment and spread good knowledge. Overall a super satisfying experience. Can highly recommend, would do it again! Especially at the upper deck, worth every penny!

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that food & beverages are not allowed on the bus. However, you can carry a bottle of water.

Accessibility

The bus is wheelchair accessible. However, the bus has space for only one fold-away pushchair and a wheelchair on the lower deck.

Additional information

This is a single-loop bus tour, and the bus will return to the starting point at the end of the tour. The tour does not offer hop-on hop-off service.

Children under the age of 4 can travel free of charge but will not get a separate seat. If they require a seat, you can purchase a child ticket.

Traffic during Christmas can be busy, so the bus may adjust the route to keep the tour moving and maximize your experience. On lighter traffic days, the tour may take 60 to 70 minutes.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that if you opt for a lower deck ticket, you won’t have access to upper deck seats.

Dress snug in warm layers; London is known to have a chilly twist in the weather around December.
