I planned my Dubai trip and selected the Burj Khalifa At the TOP with SKY (Level 124, 125 and 148) in December 2025. I must admit that since this was kind of on the higher side I would spend on visiting a landmark, I was a bit worried about the experience since it was first time with Burj Khalifa. And to be honest, there was not even a hiccup in the whole thing. The arragements, ambience, crowd management and overall sensorial experience was beyond amazing. I'm really proud of the fact that I chose Burj Khalifa to be on my iternirary and I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks to Headout for making this day in my life so memorable that I cant stop smiling while I'm wiring this. For anyone thinking to plan Burj Khalifa, look no further. This is the best as it gets.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with coffee and Arabic sweets, but we had to wait 30 minutes to go up. Our ticket was for 7:00 a.m., but we went up at 7:30. Then, when we got to the 148th floor, it was a disappointment because the windows were dirty and you couldn't take photos or videos. You're practically forced to pay more to go up to the 154th floor, which is the top floor, to be able to take good photos. The service is good, and I had no problems with the online tickets we bought with this app. I don't recommend the 124th and 125th floors because they are very crowded, don't have good views, the lighting is poor, and the photos don't come out well. If you want to enjoy it to the fullest without too much stress, buy the ticket for the 154th floor.

Booking the tickets was amazingly easy. The problem was when we got to go to the elevator. We had gold tikets (up to floor 148). We got in the lounge in time at the ground floor and we were asked to go for the elevator. At a certain point an individual piked us out of the line as we had no sticker on the jacket. We were put in the line with the normal tickets and we lost the sunset (that was why we paid premium at 17:00). I mention that nobody came to give us the round sticker in the lounge or anywhere in the line based on our gold tickets. Moreover, we tried to understand why but they refused to say anything other the ordering to stay on that line.

We had booked the 148th floor, which automatically included the Skylounge and therefore prioritized access. The organization was very good, but it still took about 1/2 hour to get to the top. The normal queue was extremely long and I can imagine that the waiting time there must have been over an hour. The technology and architecture were very beautiful. The view from the 148th floor was beautiful and breathtaking from this unique height. The glass balcony railings allowed an unobstructed wide view of everything near and far. One drawback on the 148th floor was that there was only one ladies' toilet and it had to be serviced accordingly. The Skylounge was a wonderful experience. Drinks served on request (the tea was a dream, drank 2 and a cappuccino decaf with oat milk) as well as super tasty pastries we enjoyed and could take a welcome break. Seats were very comfortable, but unfortunately a bit rare, especially the ones by the window were permanently occupied (I wouldn't have wanted to give them up :-D ). On the 124th floor there was a store and a café in addition to the view. We then went down again as a priority. I can only recommend the surcharge for the 148th, it was more than worth it. All in all, a visit to the world's tallest building is a must in Dubai.
