Booking the VIP Lounge experience was a game changer. The queue was already 2 hours long when I arrived, but I got to by-pass this and was guided to the top floors because of the sticker 'status' I purchased. The views from the top levels were beyond incredible...breathtaking! This was definitely elevated by the professional, warm, authentic and focused staff who acknowledged and maintained a very high level of hospitality on all levels of the lounge area. The complementary nibbles and drink options were plentiful and enhanced this premium experience. The marvel of being as this level of the Burj Khalifa is a pinch-me moment. I can’t recommend this “Very Inspiring Perspective” highly enough.

Unforgettable experience on the 148th floor. We took a 124-125-148 ticket, thinking we could take the tour in any direction we wanted. But this wasn't possible, as we had to start at level 148 and end at 125-124. On level 148, you are offered cold drinks (bottles of water and glasses of orange juice), hot drinks (coffee, tea), cookies and dates, all at will. We had a ticket for 4.00pm and the sunset was at 5.37pm, so we were able to stay at this level to see it. It seems to us that it's not necessary to buy a ticket for the highest level.

Booking the tickets was amazingly easy. The problem was when we got to go to the elevator. We had gold tikets (up to floor 148). We got in the lounge in time at the ground floor and we were asked to go for the elevator. At a certain point an individual piked us out of the line as we had no sticker on the jacket. We were put in the line with the normal tickets and we lost the sunset (that was why we paid premium at 17:00). I mention that nobody came to give us the round sticker in the lounge or anywhere in the line based on our gold tickets. Moreover, we tried to understand why but they refused to say anything other the ordering to stay on that line.

It was just fantastic. First it was dam easy to book the tickets through your website and the experience at the Burj was just exceptionally great. Specially at level 155 where we enjoyed snacks while sitting and enjoying the top view of Dubai, Emirates and the Sun rising appearing from the eastern skies.. it's life time experience n memorable also. We had refreshments at the beginning of our tour n visited the 155th floor by high speed elevator in a minute and what we see after that can't be written in words. Just amazing just awesome n my experience was 100 percent.

I booked at 8:00 pm slot on a Saturday with fast track, we were able to enter by 7:30. When we entered the queue was less, by the wah we return queue was high so if you can spent more for fast track it might be worth it. Jfyi fast track is present on return as well. I would recommend the night time slot the city on light is definitely worth the visit especially if you can see the Dubai foundation from the top, it's a different perspective for sure
