Natasha did a great job waking us around London and shared some interesting history of London. Walking though Westminster Abbey was a unique experience given all the history tied to it. It would have been cool to see Big Ben but given it's the bell inside the watch tower, apparently no one has truly seen Big Ben. We learned something new. And Buckingham palace was quite regal and spectacular. We travelled in March so pack layers. It was quite cool thoughout the day but we had occasional warm pockets.

Ash was very informative, SUPER knowledgeable, quite humorous and super interesting!!! We almost wanted to take notes! We (USA) went with our British friends and they were equally impressed! Super organized, breaks built in...we hated for it to end. Thanks, Ash!!

We had a great tour of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace with Alexandra. She has a wealth of information about the sites we saw and gives interesting and funny stories about the history and sites. Even though we were a small group she kept track of us and never rushed us. It was a cold afternoon and we even stopped for some hot beverages and snacks to warm up. Highly recommend Alexandria and this tour if you have limited time to see some of the highlights of London.

The whole tour experience was better than I could hope for, from the witty commentary of our guide to the number of sites we got to see and learn about. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London either for the first time or returning as it is also a great opportunity to meet other fellow tourists and just have a genuinely great time!

Our tour guide, Adrian, was so knowledgeable and shared so much history with us as we toured Westminster Abbey. It made the visit more meaningful than if we had simply toured on our own because Adrian helped us understand the importance and significance of what we saw. I highly recommend this tour!

We had an incredibly good guide in Natascha, who made a great effort to explain the history to us in an interesting and entertaining way. She also made a great effort to make her explanations understandable to participants who were not so familiar with the English language!

  • See London’s most recognisable royal and political landmarks on a guided walking tour, led by a licensed guide available in English, French, Spanish, or German.

    Getting started

Meet your guide at the meeting point mentioned on your ticket voucher. After a brief introduction, your group heads out on foot through central London. Along the way, your guide shares clear, engaging context about the landmarks ahead and why they still matter today.

    Features:

    • Westminster Abbey: Explore the Abbey’s interior at your own pace with a multilingual audio guide. This 1,000 year old Gothic church has hosted every British coronation since 1066 and serves as the burial site of figures such as Isaac Newton and Charles Dickens.

    • Coronation Chair & Poets’ Corner: Inside the Abbey, see the 700 year old Coronation Chair, used in every crowning since 1308, and visit Poets’ Corner, where Britain’s literary greats are honoured and remembered.

    • Big Ben & Houses of Parliament: Enjoy close views of London’s famous clock tower and the neighbouring Palace of Westminster, the centre of British political life.

    • Buckingham Palace: View the monarch’s official residence from the outside, including the well known central Balcony used for major royal appearances.

    • Skip-the-line or priority group entry: Enter Westminster Abbey through a dedicated access lane, depending on the variant selected.

    • Changing of the Guard or Horse Guards Ceremony: On select days, certain variants include viewing of the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards ceremony.

    • Headsets for groups: For groups of 10 or more, selected options provide headsets so you can hear your guide clearly throughout the walking tour.
