They send us three whatsapps with all the informations. The place we met there wasn't in the buckingham palace, but they send on the day it was a link by whatsapp where we find the meeting point (google maps). The tour in the buckingham palace was interesting and exciting. We learnd a lot of things from the royal family and the rooms by itself. The sad point was that we weren't allowed to take photos inside the buckingham palace. So all in all it was very great! You have to seen it!DDavid L
