Winner of 2 Tony Awards and a Grammy, Beautiful is the wonderful production of Carole King’s life and a celebration of her music. Directed by Marc Bruni, it features an original music score by Gerry Goffin and Carole herself. The earnest production aims at paying beautiful homage to Carole King who has left an indelible mark on the music of an entire generation.

Grammy Award winner for Best Musical Theatre Album, this jukebox musical revisits some of Carole King’s greatest hits including “It’s Too Late,” “So Far Away,” and “I Feel the Earth Move.” The foot tapping music and appealing synchronized choreography make it a Broadway sensation. Chilina Kennedy playing Carole King touches the audience with her exemplary singing skills and range of emotions. It is a must-watch musical for Carole King fans and anyone who loves music.

    The Story

    Beautiful is the story of Carole King, one of the most successful female songwriters of the 20th century. The musical captures her early career and rise to success while exploring her relationships with her husband Gerry Goffin and their musician friends, duo Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann. The story journeys through King’s transformation from songwriter to singer, as she struggles to find peace and balance with her relationships. It’s a tale about the real-life making of a star!
