We travelled from Ireland and had my most favourite tour ever with the best guide ever, Mitra. Thank you Mitra for the most knowledgeable and well presented tour that I've attended. The animated and passionate presentation of the Bernini sculptures with Caravaggios paintings and the stories behind them were riveting for the duration of the tour. Thank you for the experience.

Our guide was fantastico! Very informative and pleasant. It's a long time standing so comfortable shoes are a must. The art work is impressive. Great staff throughout. Rent the two person bicycles in the gardens for a super fun ride around the garden grounds.

The guide, Monica, was fantastic: she arrived 15 minutes early and remained calm when two young latecomers joined the group—who were already waiting—without apologizing and simply jumped right into the tour. Extremely knowledgeable and well-informed, yet clear, enthusiastic, serious, and full of humor all at once! A rare gem (and I know what I’m talking about—I’m a university professor!). She adapted well to our diverse group, answering questions without ever losing focus and demonstrating a deep knowledge of classical fine arts. It was a joy to have this experience with her.

I went on my own as my husband is more interested in climbing hills than in art. A very beautiful gallery, although be prepared to walk through a park and need your Google Maps to get to the right place. The park is actually wonderful (at least on a Sunday when I was there). I had problems with the audioguide (yet again) as I apparently entered through the wrong door (although it was the only one to my knowledge) so it didn't know where I was. Luckily, I could eavesdrop some guides so I did get some information, but that's not ideal. The artworks are absolutely amazing, and I cried when I saw my first Carravaggio painting. You can wander around on your own for as long as your ticket allows. There are stairs, and if, like me, your mobility is limited, prepare yourself.

In addition to being friendly and extremely kind, our hostess was very clear about how the visit would go. She also gave us some practical tips (location of the luggage storage, which entrance to take, etc.), all in flawless French! However, watch out for the meeting point, which was not the one indicated on the voucher: the mentioned location was at the back of the Villa, while the hostess was at the front of the Villa, next to the other agencies offering this type of service.

Our guide, Paola, was absolutely amazing! Of all the guided tours I have done, hers was the most vibrant, informative, and energetic tour I have done. She was absolutely fantastic. If I had any criticism about the tour or the information from Headout, it would be that there was a little confusion on our part as to where we were supposed to meet our guide and how to differentiate our guide from other guides. Otherwise, 5 enthusiastic stars!
