We chose the behind-the-scenes tour. I went with my 16-year-old son, who’s a huge soccer fan. I highly recommend this experience. The facilities are incredible, and the staff who guided us during the tour were top-notch! You get to tour all the facilities, including the locker rooms, the press area, and even step out onto the field. There’s a virtual reality area, and you can head to the store to do some shopping. We went in July around 4:00 p.m. and were practically the only ones there. Everything was perfect.

I really loved the tour of Benfica’s stadium! Whether you’re a soccer fan or just curious, it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss. The guides were excellent—welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and, above all, very engaging in their explanations. You can tell they love their club, and they convey that passion throughout the tour. The stadium is impressive, and the museum is very well designed, with numerous trophies, historical artifacts, and interactive exhibits that make the visit even more enjoyable. Everything is well organized, and you lose track of time. I’m leaving with wonderful memories, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thanks to the whole team for such a great time!

It's a really beautiful stadium; my son was thrilled. We took our time—it was a pleasant visit. We had booked our tickets in advance on the GetYourIdle website, but we still had to wait in line, which was a shame. Others were able to go right in because they had booked their tickets on the Benfica website. Don't pay the extra fee to visit the museum—it's really just the gift shop. So if you want to buy something, go ahead; otherwise, there's no point. It was also a bit of a shame that the stadium was undergoing maintenance (summer break), but it was still fun.

I went to the stadium with my son and my family. We really enjoyed the tour; the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The attractions during the tour are really cool; every area of the stadium is put to good use, and the facility is very well-maintained. Everything is well-signposted, and we were able to “soak up,” in a way, the club’s culture. We really enjoyed seeing the field and the locker room, as well as the immersive experience at the end with the 3D glasses.

A really nice tour of the stadium and museum. You walk through the different areas on your own, but there are guides at all the key stops. We really enjoyed it. The only downside is that the optional photos are very expensive.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs, is strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Accessibility

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Additional information

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.
