The person on the counter was so sweet and lovely! Had a huge smile on her face, was a lovely way to be welcomed. Free lockers are provided for your belongings, so you don't have to lug your stuff around if you'd rather put it away. The rooms are a cool concept. The route is a bit of a confusing concept, left feeling like we missed a couple things out, but it is fun all the same.

Such a cute place! It was the perfect balance between a museum and a photo studio without leaning too much into either one - I learned something and enjoyed the explanations of the different eras and also got some really cute pictures. There were rooms with every room representing a different era of Barbie. There is a free "photobooth"-like experience included with the photos taken being sent to your email after, but the only downside of it is that the booths you use to take the pictures sometimes malfunction and we couldn't take a picture in one of the rooms we would've wanted to, but the staff there went to fix it immeadiately after we exited (we told them that it's broken). Everyone overall was really sweet and lovely as well!

Hello, we were really looking forward to this tour as one of the highlights of our stay in Amsterdam, and we were absolutely not disappointed given the quality of the experience. The first part of the tour, featuring the various play and photo areas, was superb, with sets that were consistently beautiful and fun. We absolutely loved the second part of our tour, where we were able to follow the world of Barbie through the decades since its creation. Once again, the incredible sets completely immersed us in this captivating universe! A well-deserved 5-star rating—we highly recommend this tour!

Really good day out lots to see & my 11yr old daughter love it the barbie house & plane was the best had food & drinks in cafe after staff very helpful and friendly only one problem was very hard to find the building not signs so I found it a nightmare to find

It was truly amazing—Barbie's world takes you right back to your childhood, and the house is absolutely fantastic. The Wonder Experience is a lot of fun, and ending with SpongeBob's world transports you to another dimension. A really great immersive experience.
