Magical experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They even volunteered to take our photos. You go through a series of experiences with unique special effects made using lights, sounds, mirrors that makes for a awe inspiring experience. Best for couples in love and families with small kids. The ball pit and the space gazing rooms were especially relaxing.

If you are looking for an experience where you can step out from the everyday life for 1-2 hours then its for you. I would suggest that after you have take your photos in the room to try to experience and feel the room for another few minutes. It would be a pitty to stick to your phone only. It's a good experience for families as well

Actually, everything was nice, but in a highly developed and beautiful city like Dubai, it could have been done in a more impressive way. For example, the music volume was too loud, and some other improvements are needed. And when entering the rainy section, it would have been ideal if the water had been paused for about 2 seconds.
